Reading the launch
Weir is the fish-ladder launchpad on Robinhood Chain: a weir holds the river, and nothing passes until the water itself rises. Every coin impounded there seals its pool liquidity into the Caisson in the same transaction that creates it — release is not forbidden, the function does not exist — while the creator's supply waits on a ladder of gates that only the pool's own on-chain high-water mark can open. No time path, no admin path, only the level. Every swap leaves a skim in the keeper's basin; the house earns nothing from trades.
