Law Enforcement Requests
For law enforcement and government authorities in any country. Requests go directly to Pons counsel.
01
What Pons is
Pons is a non-custodial interface for tokens on Robinhood Chain. It does not hold funds, cannot reverse or freeze transactions, and does not control deployed contracts. Balances and trades are public on chain.
02
What Pons may hold
Public profiles (username, bio, avatar, links), the wallet behind a profile, notification settings, launch metadata, and short-lived security logs. No legal names, identification documents, payment details or private keys.
03
What is required
An official law enforcement or government email address, the wallets, tokens or accounts concerned, the records or action sought, and the legal authority relied on. Non-public information requires valid legal process in the requesting jurisdiction; authorities outside the United States may proceed by MLAT or letter rogatory.
04
Emergencies and preservation
Mark a request as an emergency where there is an imminent risk to life; those are reviewed first. Records are preserved for ninety days on a valid preservation request.
