For rights holders, and anyone whose work, brand or personal information is on a token page without permission.
Anyone can launch a token on Pons. If a token page uses your copyrighted work, your trademark, your name or likeness, or your personal information without permission, send a notice and Pons will review it.
What a notice needs
The token pages concerned, the work or mark they infringe, your contact details, and two statements: that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you own the rights or act for the owner. A notice missing any of these cannot be acted on.
What happens next
Notices are reviewed in the order received, and you will get a reference by email. Pons may share a notice with the token's creator so they can respond. Knowingly misrepresenting that material infringes can make you liable for damages.
