Mistly is a token launchpad on Robinhood Chain where the fee is a clock. A token rises under fog: in the second its pool opens every swap pays the full mist, and the mist lifts in a straight line, second by second, until an hour later it has cleared to its resting rate for good. The fee is always ETH and lands in the basin wallet inside the same swap. Each pool's liquidity is a Uniswap v4 position NFT owned by the dead address from the launch transaction on. No owner, no pause, no cap on any wallet.
