Raffles for graded trading-card slabs on Robinhood Chain. Every slab is vaulted before the first ticket sells and its cert number is published. Tickets are paid in USDG. Undersold at the deadline, every ticket refunds in full from the contract. Winners choose: ship the slab home or take 85% of its value back. Draws use on-chain randomness anyone can re-check.
